Grading  to  Salary Structure, Job Manajemen adalah proses urutan dari

bahan   pengembangan   organisasi  yang  akan  menindaklanjuti  desain

pekerjaan, analisis pekerjaan, evaluasi pekerjaan, penilaian kerja dan

merancang  struktur  gaji.  Dalam  pelatihan  ini  kita  akan memiliki

pendekatan  langkah  demi  langkah  dari Job Design, Job Analysis, Job

Evaluation  dan  Job  Grading  Design.  Pelatihan  ini akan memberikan

peserta pengalaman praktis dalam mengidentifikasi nilai kunci kegiatan

menambahkan  dalam  sebuah perusahaan/organisasi. Dalam pelatihan ini,

peserta  belajar  perlunya  dan  peran  deskripsi  kerja  yang akurat.

Memungkinkan  peserta  pelatihan  untuk  melakukan  analisis pekerjaan

wawancara,  dan  mempersiapkan  Job  Deskripsi dalam organisasi mereka

sendiri.

 

Setelah   pelatihan  ini  diharapkan  bahwa  para  peserta  mengetahui

bagaimana  menerapkan Pengukuran Kerja alat yang objektif mengevaluasi
