(Circular).

Safety and security are the key that must be adhered to requirement in
the  air  transport  industry  and  built  as well as possible by each
airline  .  However  , aviation safety and security requirements in an
airline  is  also closely related to system safety and security in the
civil  aviation  authorities , airports , air traffic control , ground
handling  ,  aircraft  maintenance  workshop  ,  meteorological  , and
concerns  in  terms of public understanding this represented the users
of  transportation  services  iudara . So that the safety and security
system into the aviation industry is unique, because it depends on the
culture of safety and security of a nation as a whole .
